1. Digital Services (Thesis Writing, Editing, etc.)

Due to the nature of digital services such as thesis writing, topic selection, proofreading, formatting, plagiarism checks, and research assistance, refunds are generally not applicable once the work has begun or been delivered.

However, a partial refund may be issued under the following conditions:

• Work has not yet started, and the refund request is raised within 24 hours of payment.

• The work does not match the initial requirement, and we are unable to revise it even after mutual communication.

Non-refundable cases include:

• Delay in submission caused due to unresponsive behavior by the client.

• Change of mind after partial or full work delivery.

• Refusal to accept delivery due to reasons beyond our control.

• Issues related to university approval, as thesis evaluation is at the discretion of academic bodies.

2. Physical Products (Books, Printed & Bound Thesis)

We offer refunds or replacements on books and printed materials only under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• A valid unboxing video is provided as proof.

• The item is unused and returned in original packaging.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and verified.

3. Payment Gateway Fees

In all refund cases, a nominal processing fee (2–3%) may be deducted to cover payment gateway or transaction charges levied by PayU or any third-party services.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

• It will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment (PayU wallet, bank account, etc.).

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders for digital services can only be canceled within 24 hours if work has not begun.

• Orders for physical goods can be canceled before dispatch by contacting customer support immediately.
